Year 4 WEMT Course Outline
Year 4 (in 2025) Term 2 courses are designed to proved your child with a strong foundation and boost their confidence in key academic area.

Targeted Skills Development: Our rigorous courses focus on sharpening essential skills such as writing, reading comprehension, critical thinking, and mathematical reasoning. ​

Engaging Learning: We make learning fun and interactive, keeping your child motivated and engaged throughout the term.

Year 4 WEMT course is introducing the new modules with its updated curriculum. It requires a significant commitment of weekly module work to help students build a solid foundation for the selective school and independent school scholarship exams.
Year 4 WEMT Course Content
The Year 4 WEMT program is to prepare students for the high academic standards expected at this stage of their education.




The Writing module teaches the students how to structure and organise your writing persuasively.
English lesson will enhance the students to develop techniques to tackle challenging text and ace multiple-choice questions with confidence.
In mathematics sessions; Gain a solid understanding of mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques

Mind- stimulating thinking skills; Challenge yourself with engaging exercise to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Year 4 Thinking Skills Intermediate Course
We are thrilled to introduce a new "Thinking Skills Intermediate" Course for our students. This course has been specially designed to foster the development of problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, equipping our students with the necessary skills for success in their academic journey and ultimately, for the OC placement test. With a comprehensive focus on preparing them for the OC exam thinking skills component, the course will cover a diverse array of essential topics.

Through engaging activities and thought-provoking exercises, our dedicated teacher will guide students on their path to becoming proficient critical thinkers.

The course is open to Year 4 students who are aiming for selective school placement and will cover esscential topics to equip them with the necessary knowledge for the thinking skills test.
